1. Depends what is planned for the day -anytime between 5am and 8am.

2. Beef cattle, sheep, goats and hens.

3. Silage, hay, grass, straw and corn. Sometimes waste bread, potatoes, fodder beet and grains.

4. What is your favourite animal on the farm?

4. I like the cows the best.

5. Do you enjoy looking after the animals?

5. Yes.

6. A cow.

7. How old were you when you first started farming?

7. As soon as I could walk.

8. Yes

9. If you could turn back the clock would you still be a farmer?

10. What do you like to do in your spare time?

10. I like fishing if I havethe time.

11. Do you go on holiday? If so - who looks after the farm?

11. Yes - we have friends and relations who look after the farm.

12. Did you train at college to be a farmer?

12. My mum enrolled me at college but it didn't last long - I preferred to go to the markets.

13. Are you a vegetarian?

13. No

14. What is the worst thing about being a farmer?

14. The paper work.

15. Have you any pets?

15. Yes - one dog, two cats, a rabbit and a budgie.

16. What time do you go to bed?

16. Usually about 11pm.

17. Do you work on Christmas Day?

17. Yes - the animals still need to be fed!
